Maxis mobile line network coverage at my home area has been deteriorating. Many complains have been to Maxis but so far no action from Maxis to rectify the issue. Thus am considering to change to Celcom once I find out more infos and if switching telco will help. Not considering DiGi as used to have bad experience on the network coverage and likely up to EDGE speed only. After arriving at the Tong Sim old folks home from various hospitals, they have put their skills to good use to help one another. Owner Cheong Loy said most of the 52 inmates were sent to the centre located above a casket shop in Sungei Besi when the hospitals could not trace their family members. "In most cases, family members gave false addresses and contact numbers. The hospitals asked us to take them in," he said at the home. However, instead of depending on outsiders to care for them, they now work together to keep the home running. Under Budget 2013, the Government has proposed the RPGT from the disposal of properties made within a period not exceeding two years from the date of purchase will be taxed at the rate of 15% and at 10% for disposal of property within a period of two to five years. This represents an increase from the present RPGT regime, where RPGT of 10% is applied to properties held and disposed of within two years, and a rate of 5% was maintained for properties sold within the third, fourth and fifth years after purchase.
