THE Economic Planning Unit (EPU) has not agreed or approved any privatisation plan for the National Heart Institute (IJN), says Tan Sri Nor Mohamed Yakcop, Minister in the Prime Minister's Department overseeing the EPU. SHAH ALAM : There is an 80% probability that the death of political aide Teoh Beng Hock was a homicide, said renowned Thai forensic pathologist Dr Pornthip Rojanasunand. Testifying in the inquest into Teoh's death Wednesday, she said there was only a 20% chance that Teoh had committed suicide. She added that marks on Teoh's neck region looked like he had been strangled manually. His suspended deputy, Datuk Seri Dr Chua Soi Lek, failed to be reinstated as deputy president but was voted back as a member. Party officials said the dramatic decisions of the delegates at the EGM would mean that they now need to look at the party constitution.
