AirAsia X to fly to Honolulu at RM 499 starting June 2017

AirAsia X takes off for Honolulu on June 28, tickets start from RM499 Malaysia's long-haul budget airline AirAsia X Bhd is set to fly to Honolulu, Hawaii, USA, starting June 28 this year.  The celebratory airfare will start from as low as RM499, inclusive of taxes and fees one-way, while the Premium Flatbed will be offered from RM2,999 one-way.  Bookings for the special fares can be made from midnight on Feb 11 to Feb 26.  The travel period for the offer is from June 28, 2017 to Feb 6, 2018. AirAsia X will operate a four-times-weekly service from KL to Honolulu, via Osaka, Japan.  Passengers transiting in Osaka do not require a Japanese visa during the two-hour stopover and can return to their seats on the flight after clearing security with any carry-on luggage and belongings.  Passengers may also opt for the 'multi-city option' on AirAsia's website prior to booking their flights, which allows them to spend a few days in Osaka before flying on to Honolul
