My bad cholesterol (LDL) is still slightly higher than the optimum level after 4 months.
Seems like I have to discipline myself to cut eggs and fast/ junk food from my diet and could only eat seafoods sparringly as these 3 foods are the top contributor of LDL.
Among seafoods, highest cholesterol level is contained in the salmon products, followed by shrimp products. Tuna fish products have in general low cholesterol content.
