Someone asked my opinion on Evening Primrose Oil (EPO). As I'm not that sure since I don't consume one, I did a check at Mayoclinic. To my surprise, the result shown was that it's less beneficial compared to the advert which claimed for it. At least to me. So it's no from me for this herb.
Then I read on Omega-3 fatty acid here and at Wikipedia. Looks like this is a lot better nutrient to consume and the main sources are non other than fish and nuts.
