AirAsia website upgrade - service unavailability

AirAsia upgraded their systems between June and July and the outcome is worst than before.

1 ) I believe the eVoucher redemption is still screw up especially for Citibank AirAsia credit card customers.

2) The section to book tickets failed to load. Tested with both Firefox and Internet Explorer.


3) Failed to retrieve my bookings


As I pointed out earlier, AirAsia should look seriously into their IT infrastructure. The COO/CIO should take responsibility for the failures above. But I wonder if Tony Fernandes does ever care!

From a brand I used to be proud of, now AirAsia has become the top worst brand in my list.
