PR1MA to make detailed announcement on housing projects by May KUALA LUMPUR (Jan 22, 2014): PR1MA Corp Malaysia (PR1MA) expects to make a detail announcement on PR1MA projects in March or April year to provide high-quality affordable homes for middle-income earners, said its CEO Datuk Abdul Mutalib Alias. He said the announcement will consist of all information, including advertisements, new launches, prices and house types. Under the government's mandate last year, Abdul Mutalib, said PR1MA needs to achieve its target to build 80,000 affordable units, of which the board has approved 45,000 units and it is hopeful to get approval for 35,000 units more by the end of this quarter.
